Joe Matthews, Acierto's owner, is a professional Engineering Technician, Construction Estimator and Project General Manager who specializes in construction and facility management. He has 40 years of experience in the construction industry, which includes 20 years of service in the U.S. Navy as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer with in a Seabee Construction Battalion followed by 20 years in construction management as a COR, general contractor and subcontractor. Mr. Matthews' core competencies include construction project management, estimating, budgeting and cost containment, quality control, safety and risk management, healthcare construction and LEED requirements.
Ryan Matthews has over 16 years' experience in the construction industry. He has completed $7M in projects as a project manager, superintendent, estimator, site safety and health officer and SWPPP Inspector. Ryan's core competencies include construction quality management, project estimating, budgeting, materials submittals, scheduling , safety, communication and public relations. One of his strengths is using technology to develop procedures for higher accuracy and efficiency in work flow.
Julie Matthews has 28 years' experience in government office administration and public relations including nearly 10 years in the municipal land development and building construction permitting processes. Her background includes scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable and proposal preparation.
